What's included in the Law Practice Consulting program?
We'll assess your practice's strengths and weaknesses and develop a strategy to course correct and modernize your operations, technology, and marketing. We'll do it over a defined schedule and with ongoing mentoring from an attorney has done this and mentored many others through it successfully.
How much time do I get with my mentoring attorney?
You'll get two hours a month, which can be taken in 30 minute increments. You'll use your mentor's online calendar scheduling app to schedule your time, so you won't waste any time trying to figure out what time works best.
